Value Proposition
South Africa is a country with valuable information systems resources. Various parties
internationally have recognized this fact, and as such have recruited extensively on behalf of
themselves and their customer base. The result is that fewer and fewer quality resources are
available in the job market.
To counteract the depletion of resources, Xpdian has put together an educational program that will
address the total skills requirement from en entry level IS business analyst through to specific skills
needed by IS executives.
The key focus of the Xpdian program is that of taking a business view in solving IS problems. This
eliminates the problems encountered by miscommunication between business and technical
personnel.
All program courses are taught by persons experienced in the field and have a very practical,
hands-on approach. To ensure the quality of the education, small classes are preferred and
educational requirements are tailored to individual situations.
